Returns

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and receipts where applicable.
  • Products that show signs of misuse, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Return Locations

Returns are accepted in-store or at our designated drop-off locations within Uganda.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product reaches our store or drop location safely.

Exchanges

  • We accept product exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item has a price difference, the customer may be required to top up or receive store credit where applicable.

Refunds

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the return is confirmed.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method or via another agreed-upon method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
